We offer monthly gym memberships with 24/7 facility access with no long-term contracts and no hidden fees. State of the Art cardio equipment and Resistance Machines, WiFi, Free lockers and showers, turf training area, boxing, towel service.

Personal Trainers
Kaleb received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Valdosta State University in 2016.
Our Lead Trainer, Vince, has been with ERW Personal Training since 2011.
Briana has her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Augusta University. She has been with ERW Personal Training since 2023.
