Kaleb LaRoche
Kaleb received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Valdosta State University in 2016. During his program, Kaleb completed a strength and conditioning internship at Valdosta State University where he worked with their football team. He started personal training with ERWTM Personal Training in 2017. Kaleb has worked with a variety of clients of all ages throughout the years. He can’t wait to work with you and help you reach your goals!
Deletha Sommers – Admin & Personal Trainer
Deletha started as a certified personal trainer in 2014 when she competed in her first body building competition. She has experience as a certified personal trainer, certified social media marketing and 4 + years experience as a legal assistant.
Briana Thompkins
Briana has her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Valdosta State University. She has been with ERW Personal Training since 2023.
